I’ve spent my life building things — companies, communities, and ideas — that live at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture. From media and hospitality to urban development and large-scale experiences, I’ve always been drawn to connecting people, aligning purpose, and creating systems that make life a little richer and more human.

Before any of that, I was an athlete. Playing Division I football at UNLV under Hall of Fame coach John Robinson taught me that culture, discipline, accountability, and being a great teammate are the foundations of any winning system. Those lessons became the framework for how I approach nearly everything: leadership, business, and life itself.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve founded and scaled ventures that bring people together — most notably the Life is Beautiful Music & Arts Festival, which became a global cultural touchstone and was named “Best Festival in the World” by NME before being acquired by Rolling Stone and Penske Media.

Today, my focus is on purpose, perspective, and the quiet work of becoming — the inner systems that drive the outer ones. I’m interested in how we grow, connect, and build meaningful lives in motion; how creativity, community, and resilience shape who we are; and how strong people build strong communities.
